For our 1st (in a series of 6) talk about British Culture, Sonia Davies will introduce us to the UK, its history, geography, languages/dialects and highlight places to for east day/overnight trips.

It's a lot to cover, but the talk will be lively, interactive and fun.

Whether you are new to London or the UK or have lived here for donkey's ears (years) -- bring your questions or just come and meet new friends.

Sonia is a former journalist and educator, specializing in demystifying British culture and English language fluency.

Snacks and coffee/tea will be served -- please let us know about any allergies, etc.
