The St. John's Wood Women's Club (SJWWC) is an activities-based social and civic non-profit organization promoting friendship through our many activities and events. We welcome citizens of all nationalities and are dedicated to enhancing the "London Experience" for our members. 

In 1978, 14 women formed the SJWWC, and we have since grown to more than 250+ dynamic members! Most of our members live in the northern sector of London (St. John's Wood, Maida Vale, Little Venice, Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill, Marylebone, etc.), though we have members throughout the greater London area - and, in fact, around the world!

Currently, we sponsor 20+ activities per month, from September through the beginning of June. Activities can vary from year to year depending on what members want and the Activity Leader volunteers we have to organize these.  Sample activities include - golf, art appreciation, theater, local travel, London walks, languages, country hikes, tea with friends, pub lunches, creative writing, book club, walks for a cause, afternoons at the movie, one-off special events around London, etc.
