SJWWC Member Code of Conduct
The St John’s Wood Women’s Club aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment for all members.
By participating in Club events, members agree to:
Treat fellow members, guests and organisers with courtesy and respect
Support an inclusive and friendly atmosphere at all events
Respect cultural differences and personal boundaries
Follow any reasonable instructions given by event organisers
Behave responsibly at venues and comply with venue rules
Pay event fees or membership fees promptly where required
Members should avoid behaviour that may negatively affect the experience or safety of others, including:
Harassment or discrimination
Disruptive or aggressive conduct
Misuse of Club communications or contact lists
Inappropriate use of photographs or member information
The Club committee reserves the right to address concerns regarding member behaviour and, where necessary, may limit participation in events or cancel membership in order to protect the wellbeing of the Club community.
Members are encouraged to raise any concerns with the committee in a constructive and respectful manner.
