Please join us for an vineyard tour, wine tasting and lunch at the Denbies Wine Estate in the Surrey Hills countryside!
Denbies is one of England's largest single estate vineyards. The estate, independently owned and run, comprises of 380 acres with 265 acres currently under vine. It has a production capacity of 1 million bottles and the first vines were planted on the estate on 1986.
Our itinerary will follow as below:
Enjoy our vineyard train tour with a glass of our specially selected Denbies Award winning Sparkling Cuvee. 50-minute vineyard tour takes visitors at a leisurely pace to some of the most beautiful viewing points in the vineyard. A recorded commentary enhances your trip making this an informative and comfortable way to experience the magnificent panoramic views of the Denbies Estate and the North Downs.
This relaxed tour, tasting and lunch is the perfect way to immerse yourself in a complete winery experience. Your visit commences with a glass of Denbies Sparkling wine (or soft drink) in the flat screen cinema where you will gain an insight into the geology and history of the estate. The wine tasting takes place in the Denbies cellar, presented by Denbies WSET wine expert. This includes a tasting of four of Denbies award winning wines. A two-course seasonal lunch served in The Gallery Restaurant, located on the third floor with outstanding views over the 265 acres of vines, one of England’s largest single estate vineyards.
